Every time I eat here it is phenomenal. The spicy edamame is the best I have ever had, the ginger dressing on the salad is perfect! I have had sushi and it is so fresh and flavorful. This time I had the Red Sea treasure and loved it! It’s a drive for me to go here, but so very worth it!

Went here today for my birthday! All the food and the service was awesome. Ours was Jose, he was very pleasant, friendly and attentive to us which I really appreciated. I normally order food here to-go or for delivery, but decided that I'd try actually dining in today. I'd say it was the best choice! Had the calamari, crispy rice bluefin tartare, a5 wagyu, salmon belly truffle, surf & entree entree, and my best friend had the beef & scallops! Needless to say, everything was great! Yummy!

Everything we ordered was delicious. I love the specials menu with 12. Rolls. The nigiri sushi with truffle was the best thing I’ve tasted.miso soup was very good too.

Absolutely loved it. Honestly, it was the best sushi I have ever had. Great service and top quality. I definitely recommend and will definitely return next time I'm in Charlotte!

Great experience! Was there with 3 of my kids. Super fresh sushi, large portions and all well flavored. If you love coconut curries, try the red curry with beef. Very low key and casual. We will be back. Thank you, Nia, for the great service ...

Our first time visiting. We came with our friends who are kind of regular here. We had a good experience. The place was pretty clean. I ordered a Seaweed salad, a Pink lady sushi roll, a Spicy tuna and Jalapeno roll and a Truffle and Lotus roll. We also got Sake for the table. Our server did a good job.

We had some of the best sushi at Red Sake. Loved the experience of sitting at the sushi bar watching the chef make our Toro Tartare and Sushi and Sashimi platter. Everything was so fresh and melted in our mouth. Definitely top on our list for sushi.
